Remember the New Year’s resolutions you made last year for 2016?
How did those turn out? Did you succeed? Do you even remember what your resolutions were?
Well, if you didn’t succeed in last year’s resolutions, there’s still hope! There are more than two weeks left in the new year. For all those failed 2016 resolutions, why not make one final push on them to show some semblance of success?
If you failed with last year’s resolutions, you’ll probably fail with next year’s resolutions. But if you had even a little success, you will set yourself up for a successful 2017.
You wanted to lose 20 pounds in 2016 and failed? Make a new resolution to lose at least two pounds before the end of the year.
You wanted to quit smoking in 2016, but failed? Resolve to smoke one cigarette less per day by January 1.
You wanted to make $10,000 more in 2016 but didn’t make it? How about hustle hard this week and make at least a few extra dollars?
You wanted to publish a book last year but never found time for it? Wake up an hour earlier each day for the next two weeks and get a few thousand words of a crappy first draft on paper.
New Year’s resolutions are about taking action, and it’s never too late to take action.
