I love drinking. No, I’m not an alcoholic. And I don’t necessarily drink alcoholic beverages. I just love trying different types of drinks. Whether it’s beer, tea, or kefir, I try them all.
Every once in awhile, I come across a beer that I absolutely love. Founders Curmudgeon Old Ale is one such drink. Founders is one of my favorite breweries. They are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. If you like dark, heavy beers like I do, you should try Curmudgeon. It’s rich and malty, with a distinct sweet oak aftertaste. A new favorite.
One of my wife’s coworkers owns a spice farm in India. Well, the coworker gave us some fresh cardamom pods and cloves. The first thing I did with them was brew some strong black tea with the cardamom pods, the cloves, cinnamon, ground ginger, and black pepper in a pot. Then I added some sugar and whole milk and cooked it some more. This is how you make real chai tea (at least if you believe Wikipedia).
