By thinking of yourself as a “human operating system,” you can develop a powerful framework for optimizing your day-to-day living.
The aim of this project is to come up with a modular framework for implementing habits into our daily lives. Such a framework is useful because it would provide us to quickly see whether a new habit will fit into our lives, and give us a concrete schedule for performing the habit.
