Ever since my first experiments with preparing my own meals while in college, I’ve been fascinated by the culinary world. I’ve spent most of my life exploring and experimenting with all aspects of food.
Passion for food is a lifetime evolution. I had always wanted to start a food blog, but not the conventional type of food blog where I tweak recipes, photograph dishes, write stories to go with it, and slap on dozens of advertisements to watch the money roll in. The type of food blog I have in mind is much broader in scope. I hope to explore new cuisines, restaurants, technologies, history, and ideas surrounding the world of food.
I’ve started this project by sectioning off a portion of my personal blog for articles about food.
